Christina Jacildo felt like she was born to dance. They have this saying in the Philippines, “Filipinos are born to dance, it’s in the blood.” She has been dancing for over 18 years and is a college graduate majoring in Theater-Dance at Queens College, located in Flushing, NY. Aside from her passion for dance, she has a strong love for Asian Culture, especially Korean Culture. How she got into it is a funny story but in the end her admiration for the culture grew, making her not only have a more strong knowledge of Korean culture, but to learn the language as well. Currently, she is in South Korea as an English Instructor.
Christina is excited to work with AMIN because she gets to work with people who like and do the same things she does. Before working with AMIN, she worked as a radio DJ for an online Asian Radio made by fans for fans. She hopes to put her DJing talent as well as her writing skills to good use and let people know more about Asian Culture and just how interesting and remarkable it is.
