Korean actor, Daniel Henney, will be gracing the screen not on a Korean drama, not on a movie based on Marvel comic characters, but on the television October 4, 9pm EST on CBS's new medical drama Three Rivers. [hidepost] It looks like a promising series that will shed some new light on the medical field. He will be playing Dr. David Lee, a heartthrob (but of course!) surgical resident.

riaj_logo-zz6Japan has come out with another plan in hopes of controlling the amount of people in its country that illegally download music online via their cell phones. The Recording Industry of Japan (RIAJ), is trying to crack down on illegally downloaded music on the various sites by urging the online venues to delete those music files that were obtained without the rights-holders' permission. The RIAJ also hopes that these venues will ban these same people from using their services in the future.

RIAJ, has estimated that around 407 million ringtones and full-length tracks have been transferred to cell phones. That number has jumped by 8 million since last year.
